We’ve now made it even easier to join our Gyms…you can now do it online!

All you need to do is pop over to our Gym page and complete the online Gym Membership Form.

If you have no declared medical conditions, you will then be able to complete your online induction and get started straight away.

Our Gyms have no joining fee, no contract and are only £15 per month!!!!! So, make today the day you take that step to a healthier lifestyle

You can also join in person at the Health Resource Centre and The Lemington Centre too.
