Discover our expertise in NHS Health Checks

Our team is specially trained to conduct NHS Health Checks, and we are pleased to extend this valuable service to adults aged 40 to 74 residing in Newcastle or registered with a Newcastle GP. Best of all, these checks are provided to you at absolutely no cost.

The NHS Health Check is a vital preventive measure designed to identify early signs of conditions such as stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and dementia. As we age, our susceptibility to these health challenges increases. That’s where an NHS Health Check becomes invaluable—it empowers you to take proactive steps in reducing your risk.

Personalised stop smoking support

Quitting smoking is undoubtedly one of the most significant steps you can take to boost your health. However, we understand that it can be a challenging journey.

For people who are ready to embark on the path to a smoke-free life, we’re here to lend a helping hand!

Research shows that two-thirds of smokers express a desire to quit, yet most attempt to do so without any assistance, which is often the least effective approach. By seeking the right support, smokers increase their chances of successfully quitting by threefold. This is why we proudly offer complimentary one-on-one support sessions, available to all adults residing, working, or studying in Newcastle.

Our personalised one-on-one support is tailored to the individuals unique needs and provides the latest information on the various treatment options at your disposal.

We understand the importance of convenience, so we can arrange one-on-one appointments. Additionally, we offer group support options for workplaces and community groups, ensuring that you have the right resources to quit successfully. Your journey to a healthier, smoke-free life starts here.
