Healthworks Useful Vision

Useful Vision became part of Healthworks in January 2025, bringing together a long-standing history of supporting visually impaired children with Healthworks’ wider health and wellbeing services across the North East.

Since joining Healthworks, Useful Vision has continued to grow and develop, building on its strong foundations to provide inclusive activities, support, and opportunities for children and young people with visual impairments and their families.

The service focuses on helping children build confidence, independence, friendships, and life experiences through accessible and inclusive activities and opportunities.

Team Healthworks Raises £5600 for Useful Vision

Our fantastic Team Healthworks runners have raised almost £5,600 for Useful Vision by taking part in this year’s Great North Run!

Their efforts will help us continue providing activities, experiences and support for children and young people with visual impairments and their families across the North East.
