Save Energy, Save Money!

With energy bills continuing to rise for millions of people across the country – with more rises set to come later this year – we wanted to share some tips about how you can help reduce your bills and tell you where you can get advice if you need it.

In April the energy price cap was lifted by 54% to £1,971 – and in October it is expected to rise by another £830 to £2,800.

The Government recently announced that all UK households would receive a £400 discount on their fuel bills, while people on benefits will get up to an additional £650, you can find out more about this here.  While we can’t control the rising costs, there are lots of things that we can all do to help save energy and money!

Our new Save Energy, Save Money booklet outlines some of the simple things you can do every day to help lower your fuel bills and gives you information about where to get advice if you need it.
