What Does Taking Part Involve?
If you’re eligible, you’ll be invited to take part in a research study exploring how exercise and rehabilitation can support people living with multiple long-term health conditions.
Funded by NIHR Programme Grants, this study will evaluate how well the programme works and how it can benefit people in the long run.
The study includes health and wellbeing assessments, with some participants offered an eight-week personalised exercise and rehabilitation programme.
The research team will explain what’s involved, answer any questions and help you decide whether taking part is right for you.
