New Quit Smoking Support Groups Launching Soon at Healthworks
We are launching brand-new Quit Smoking Support Groups this September to help local residents in Newcastle stop smoking for good.
Starting on Wednesday 10 September and Thursday 11 September 2025, free weekly sessions will run at the Health Resource Centre in Benwell for anyone aged 18+ in Newcastle who wants to begin – or restart – their quit journey.
The group offers supportive, non-judgmental guidance along with evidence-based information, practical tools, and coaching.
Whether it’s your first attempt or your tenth, you’ll find encouragement and strategies to help you succeed.

No booking is required – just come along as you are, and leave with the tools, support, and confidence to quit for good.
