This is a fun and inclusive exercise group, which is suitable for people with a range of medical conditions too.

Its aim is to improve participant's fitness and provide them with with opportunities to meet new people and improve their social networks. The classes are delivered by qualified trainers, and there is a small charge for attending these sessions.
