During term time, we offer free Baby Massage sessions for families living in Newcastle with non mobile babies.

Baby Massage supports bonding and is a relaxing time for both. Benefits include helping with colic, teething and snuffles and can improve circulation.
There are 5 sessions per course and by the end of the course, parents and carers will have the knowledge and skills to give their baby a safe and soothing massage.
