This year, Team Healthworks will be running the Great North Run to support Useful Vision, a life-changing service that works with blind and visually impaired children and their families across the North East. The project provides inclusive activities, opportunities to build confidence, and the chance for children to develop new skills and friendships.

Our runners include staff, partners, supporters, and people who have experienced our services firsthand – each with their own motivation, but all united by a shared goal: to make a real difference.

Every mile they run will help us continue and expand this vital work, reaching more children and families with opportunities that support independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
