Press, Media and Information Hub

As we celebrate our 30th anniversary in 2025, we’re proud to reflect on our journey as an award-winning charity dedicated to supporting people across the North East.
Since our beginnings in 1995 in the west end of Newcastle, we’ve expanded our services region-wide, helping individuals of all ages live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
This year, we’re celebrating three decades of reducing health inequalities and improving the wellbeing of our communities. Here’s to 30 years of making a difference!
