Next Steps Exercise Class at Benwell
A fun and inclusive exercise class, which is suitable for over 50’s and people with a range of medical conditions.
Next Steps is a light circuit based class that aims is to improve people's fitness, provide them with with opportunities to meet new people and improve their social networks.
