Fitness Friendzy could be just what you are looking for!
Fitness Friendzy is for women over 16 and is delivered by Hat-Trick.
It is based on a circuit which can include boxercise and bootcamp activities.
The session is relaxed and social and a great way to make more friends, we’d love you to bring your friends too…the more the merrier!
Included in the session is the opportunity to include your knowledge of healthier foods, weigh in and much more.
We have an optional weigh in before he session and a cuppa afterwards too.
